If you still haven’t discovered this little culinary gem in Makarska, it’s time to book a table. Casa Blanka is located right on the Obala Kralja Tomislava and for me it’s the perfect place to enjoy authentic Dalmatian cuisine in a relaxed summer atmosphere. The setting is truly charming – a cozy courtyard that feels like a small green oasis in the middle of the city, the scent of lavender, soft music in the background, and rustic details that simply make you want to stay longer. Inside, the style continues: stone, wood and olive elements combined with warm lighting create an intimate yet lively vibe. The menu offers a great mix of fresh, locally inspired dishes – from seafood to light summer creations and classic Dalmatian favorites. The wine list is well selected, and the cocktails are creative and perfect for the evening. Whether you stop by for lunch or stay late with a glass of wine – this place really impressed me and is definitely one of my favorites in Makarska.
