Michelin recommendation in the heart of old Makarska

Ješka Fine Bistro is located on Trg fra Andrije Kačića Miošića, in the very heart of the old Makarska town centre. The restaurant was included in the Michelin Guide 2026, making it the only restaurant in Makarska with a Michelin recommendation.

The cuisine is modern Mediterranean, with an emphasis on fish, seafood and seasonal ingredients. The dishes are creatively designed and particularly dedicated to presentation, yet remain connected to Mediterranean ingredients and flavours.

Ješka is a small and intimate bistro, so the entire experience feels more personal and quieter than in larger restaurants. The prices are higher, and the place is primarily intended for guests seeking a special dinner and a somewhat different gastronomic experience in old Makarska.
